I'm the founder of AUPE, an independent consultancy that specializes in helping public and private organizations achieve their strategic goals.

Previously I’ve held several positions in the private and public sector. I was the Head of Investment Promotion for the Investment and Tourism Agency of Riga, where I led the team responsible for identifying new investment opportunities and support measures for SMEs and startups. In addition, I was leading the Unit of Public Administration Development at the State Chancellery of Latvia, which was responsible for introducing new initiatives to increase the productivity, efficiency and work environment for 60'000 employees of the public sector of Latvia.

With more than ten years of experience. I've had the privilege of leading some amazing teams that have helped develop SME support measures, attract foreign and direct investments, and create new business opportunities.
